We develop and operate BusinessMind, a cloud-based business management platform built specifically for jewelry retailers and artisan manufacturers. The Platform provides point-of-sale, inventory management, CRM, and related tools, all accessible through a web browser.

Your Business Data

BusinessMind processes business data (customer records, inventory, transactions, etc.) entered by you and your Authorized Users. This data belongs to you, and we process it solely to provide the Platform services. We do not access, analyze, or use your business data for any purpose other than delivering and supporting the Platform, unless required by law.

If you are an individual whose personal data has been entered into BusinessMind by a jewelry store (for example, as a customer record), please contact that jewelry store directly regarding your data. DCIT processes this data on behalf of the jewelry store as a data processor.

International Data Transfers

The Platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located primarily in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal data, including:

BusinessMind offers SMS messaging features that jewelry stores may use to send transactional messages to their customers (such as receipt delivery and repair notifications). If you receive SMS messages from a jewelry store through BusinessMind, please refer to our SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service for details specific to that program.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
